I have my camera mounted about 8-15ft above the ground. It’s angled down around 15 degrees, and it does great at detecting motion across my backyard.
But, it can’t detect people accurately at around 17 to 21ft away. Any help would be much appreciated.
At a distance of 17 feet, there is usually no problem with human detection. Please ensure that the human detection feature is turned on and refer to the screenshot below to open the “display detection box”. Then observe if the people target still cannot be marked on the video. Finally, please provide a shot video for me to analyze.
