I just received my newly ordered G100 gamera which looks great and i can’t wait to use it. The only problem is I have no way to plug it in as it comes. I’m not sure when it became acceptable to ship a device with only the cable and not the wall adaptor however I now have an unusable device until i figure out what wall adapter i need which is quite frustrating.
@jacob_munson Hey there! I totally get your frustration about receiving the G100 camera without a wall adapter. The Aqara Camera G100 doesn’t come with a power adapter by default. The power input for the G100 is 5V ⎓ 1A .
You can purchase a separate adapter from a regular source. If you’re unsure which adapter to get, it might be a good idea to check with local electronics stores or online retailers that sell power adapters with the correct voltage and amperage specifications.

To get it up and running, you’ll just need a standard wall adapter that outputs 5V 1A (make sure it’s from a reliable source to ensure safety and performance).

Looking at the package contents, the box includes a power cable but not a wall adapter . This might be why you didn’t find one. Hopefully, picking up a 5V 1A adapter (easily available at most electronics stores) will get your camera up and running soon!
