G100 seems locked out

I have a G100 in my backyard. I had turned on the anti-theft feature.

The camera would no longer connect to WiFi, and in trying to resolve I pressed the reset button in an attempt to reset the network.

Now it simply shows a purple LED. If I attempt another reset, it starts beeping and cycling the LED through red, green, white. I deleted the device from th Aqara app & Apple Home.

Now it cannot be added back. Help!

You need to contact support and specify the issue and the login for the account to which the camera was connected.

Please try holding down the reset button for more than 30 seconds while the camera is powered on, and observe if it can be restored to normal.
