G100 will not connect to WiFi network after latest firmware update V4.5.20

After updating my G100 to the latest firmware V4.5.20_006 it no longer connects to my WiFi network. The update processed to 100%. After the G100 restarted it would no longer connect to WiFi. I have tried using a different router, restarting the router and resetting the device numerous times made no difference.
Any G100 users with the same problem?

@ahmede I’m sorry to hear about the WiFi connection trouble with your G100 after the firmware update—definitely frustrating when updates don’t go smoothly! Let’s try a couple of targeted troubleshooting steps that might help resolve this:

First, completely delete the Aqara Home app (make sure to clear any residual data), remove the G100 from the app (on iOS, also clear any remaining gray icons with an exclamation mark), restart your phone, then reinstall the app and attempt to reconnect. If that doesn’t work, try using one phone to set up a Personal Hotspot (ensure this phone is only connected to 4G Cellular), then use another phone to connect to this hotspot and try pairing the G100 again.

You’ve already tried router swaps and resets, but these app/network isolation steps might address lingering update-related glitches. Have any other G100 users run into this post-V4.5.20_006 update? Feel free to chime in if you’ve found a fix!

If the issue persists after these steps, please consider capturing a short video of the connection process (showing the error or lack of connection) to help the team diagnose more effectively.
