My G3 and M2 used to be working perfectly fine, until a recent reboot, then it went offline on daily basis. I have to reboot, it works shortly after reboot and stop working again.
Sometimes the camera works, it’s online, but my other devices are offline, due to network connection error to the hub.
The devices are all bought from China some years back and working fine from overseas, was there due to network IP restriction? The error wasn’t very clear I’m not sure what was the cause.

Cameras usually connect directly to the Aqara cloud (omitting the hub) or may establish a direct connection to your phone to stream video directly.
Maybe your ISP blacklisted some hostnames or IP addresses and that’s why it doesn’t work now?
Are you able to set a custom DNS address on your router (like 1.1.1.1 or 58.185.92.216)? You could try that for start - and restart the hub after setting the DNS server.
If it doesn’t help, I fear you might need to contact your ISP or support@aqara.com to resolve this issue

Also, did you set static IP addresses for your G3 and M2 or is it using DHCP?

Hello, I’m afraid that regional restrictions have come into effect. Perhaps the internal sensors were not for the Chinese region and that’s why they are not visible in the system. Definitely contact the support service, they will tell you exactly what the problem is.
