G4 Chime volume stuck at 0

Hi all. Bit of an odd one.

I turned the volume down on my chime one evening when we were expecting a delivery and didn’t want to wake our baby. Since then the volume is stuck at 0 and no matter how many times I try to change it, it won’t save.

I’ve restarted the device, quit the app, everything except a hard reset. Anyone have any idea what I can do?
