G4 doorbell and G2H Pro randomly dropped from HomeKit

This was working up until a few days ago, and nothing has changed but my G4 doorbell and G2 H pro camera have randomly fallen off Apple HomeKit

When I try to go into synchronise, I get the error attached

Regarding Synchronization between Aqara and Apple Home
Check in the Aqara Home app and the Apple Home app:

1. whether all devices have been assigned to a room,
2. whether there are any empty rooms,
3. whether there are any naming conflicts (rooms with the exact same name in both apps).

Next, check on your iPhone under Settings → Apps → Aqara Home to ensure the app is granted access to “Home Infomation”.

Finally, restart your Apple Home Hub, as this can sometimes help as well.

What exactly do you mean by that, or are you referring to the synchronization problem? Are you getting any other error messages?

If I try to re-add the camera to HomeKit, it just gets stuck on “connecting”

I’m trying to avoid resetting both of the cameras, but it seems unavoidable

Sorry, I should’ve been more clear

They have literally disappeared from Apple HomeKit entirely, if I go into the Aqara Settings it states that no devices are bindable

All of my temperature sensors are gone and so are the cameras

Update on this, I’m not entirely sure why they fell off in the first place, but I reset the Wi-Fi connection on the G2H pro and the chime on the doorbell by pressing the button quickly 10 times, it disappeared from the Akara app. I re-added it to the app and then I was given an option to re-add it to Apple HomeKit.

I would love to know why it fell off in the first place, though

Oh, sorry, I lost track of your post here in the forum. I actually meant to reply and let you know that in the Aqara Home app under

Accessories → select Hub → three dots in the top right (Settings) → HomeKit (under General Settings) → Apple HomeKit (under Connect to HomeKit) → Add (or Remove) button

you can add Hubs (and connected devices) to Apple Home or remove them if they’re already connected.

Just out of curiosity I’m trying to follow that, but I don’t see a HomeKit option

I don’t have an Aqara M2 or M3 hub to be clear, it’s a standalone G2H Pro and G4 doorbell
