G4 Doorbell in HA not exposed to HomeKit

I’ve been using the G4 doorbell added directly to HomeKit til today. I removed the doorbell from HomeKit and added it to HA. I have exposed the camera back to HomeKit but the only thing the Home app recognises is the motion sensor but not the camera.

Any solution?

Resetting your device to factory settings and re-adding it to HK should help.

You mean the outdoor unit? Should I add it to the Aqara app first?

internal, you can directly add it to HK without adding it to aqara if you don’t need it.
but it’s better to add it to Aqara, because it’s better to make the settings in Aqara home.

I already did that but only the motion sensors is seen in the Apple’s Home app.

I think it’s due to Matter, video is not supported so your only going to see the motion sensor. If you want to view the camera it must be in the Aqara app or in the Apple Home app.
