I’m not able to get motion notifications from Apple Home nor is the camera recording to iCloud. I’ve done all the recommended troubleshooting. Anyone else having these issues?

Open Apple Home, tap the 3 dots … (top right corner). Select Home Settings-Cameras & Doorbells. Find your Doorbell Tap Activity Notifications (turn on) and look below and be sure to turn on any other options you would like.
AND…
in the Apple Home app tap on the Doorbell camera tap the cog wheel icon and select Recording Options. When done go back one page and be sure to create an Activity Zone.
While in those pages make any other adjustments you need to the camera options.
