G400 Chime Issue

I just got this doorbell, and it’s working fine; however, the chime just stopped working for some reason. It worked for maybe an hour, and then it just stopped working.

I disconnected it, waited for 30 seconds, I also disconnected the doorbell, waited for 30 seconds, plugged them back in, and when someone rings the doorbell, the chime just doesn’t ring at all. Now, when I hold or test the chime itself, it works, meaning when I push the button on it, it works, but when someone rings the doorbell, the chime just doesn’t work. I’ve also reset the device. Does anyone know why that might be or what other steps I can take to troubleshoot?

I also keep getting this error message (See photo) in the app when I click on the doorbell. It lasts for a few seconds before going away. Hoping these issues could be fixed soon.

I also assume you disconnected the chime from the doorbell!
