G400 Doorbell cam Software Glitch

Hey i was wondering if anyone else is having this glitch with he G400 doorbell cam.

So i already had the G5 Pro Cam installed last year. All is good as you can see in pic on top of Aqara app. But the New G400 doorbell Cam shows now preview it is blank unless i tap the Arrow then it pop on see 2nd pic. Anyone else having that issue is there way to fix it or just a Glitch?

Hi, yes, at the moment you have to press play. I have the same problem.

Ok thanks at least i know it’s not just me. Have to reported it to Tech support?

Maybe you can decipher this that i received from Aqara tech support. I just don’t understand.
They say,:
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you leave the Aqara Home app or switch to another dashboard/page, the P2P connection may disconnect, which will cause the streaming on the app to stop.
In this case, you can simply tap the :arrow_forward: play button again to resume the stream.
