I installed a new 24v transformer and connected to WiFi, everything looks to be working normal. Only issue I have is, maybe my expectations are a bit too high, but when I look back at events, the person that is recorded is not as clear as I thought it would be. It looks a bit pixelated and not clear. Is this normal or am I missing something? I use a SDCard to record locally.

Are you viewing event videos from a memory card or via the cloud? If via the cloud, the video will not display in full resolution unless you have a subscription.
