I have been unable to install new firmware due to the above error message. The download takes place and shortly after 90% downloaded, the error message appears. The doorbell has a good WiFi connection, live view works great. Also viewable in HomeKit. I’ve restarted the device, moved the chime close to the doorbell and have restarted the router. It is also operating on a new 24volt transformer. Any ideas on how to get a successful update?
There has been a service outage with aqara cloud services today as it seems. Did you try again? Fingers crossed the update can be installed now!
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it’s not the service outage, I’ve been trying this Saturday night, Sunday and today.
I should add that the current firmware is 4.5.20_0018 and the firmware I’m trying to update to is 4.5.20_0022.
Oh I see! In this case I’d suggest to reach out to support@aqara.com they might want to check the logs and sort out the issue
