G400 - How to Factory reset / Change Wifi

I want to reset my G400’s Wi-Fi settings. Since there’s no option to do so in the app, I tried pressing the reset button on the device. The LED then flashed blue when I reconnected via the app, but it just issued the old Wi-Fi credentials. It seems that the device hasn’t actually been reset to factory settings. How can I achieve a full reset?

From my experience, to reset, have the doorbell off the wall and access to the back side of it.

There is a button on backside, hold it down, and plug the doorbell power in, for 10-15 seconds. Then you’ll hear audio stating your device has been reset.

Thanks, but I’ve got it hardwired, and I’d like to avoid removing the wires. Is there any other way? Seems unintuitive

To reset network, hold down function button on backside for 10 seconds.

To factory reset, press button 10x in a row.
