I just purchased and installed the G400 doorbell, replacing a Ring Doorbell pro (finally rid of it). Everything went fine, hardwired without issue, installed and working with chime, recording to SD no problem, added to apple home. Showing up on all device, great connection speed etc.
After about an hour or two it suddenly stopped responding. Now it’s just showing a solid yellow light on the doorbell and will not respond. Cycling power does nothing, holding the reset button for 10 seconds does nothing, hitting the reset button 10 times does nothing.
Is there anything else I can do here? It feels like maybe it’s a dud and I need to send it back to amazon but not sure what else I could be missing. Everything was fine and then this.

For anyone else who comes across this issue, it seems to have been a defective doorbell. Not sure what caused it to just die as there was no software update in process, no power cut etc. but it never got out of the solid yellow light meaning it was booting up.
Replaced with another G400 unit and it’s been working great since.
I started to have a similar issue. Mine stop working and after I plug it again it started to blink with a yellow light and keep off.
I try several times, after a while it power on and started working for half a day. Now it stop working again
