I think you can try the steps below, see it is the device or phone system issue:

Suggestion 1:

  1. Completely delete the Aqara Home app (clear any data).
  2. Remove the hub from the Home app (iOS) and clear any remaining gray icons with an exclamation mark.
  3. Restart your iPhone or Android phone.
  4. Reinstall the Aqara Home app and try again.

Suggestion 2:

If the first suggestion fails, try the following:

  1. Use one phone to set up a Personal Hotspot (ensure this phone is only connected to 4G Cellular).
  • Go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Personal Hotspot.
  1. Use another phone to connect to this Personal Hotspot and then try to connect the Hub.

I found out that there ist some issue with my network scope. Every time the Doorbell comes up in my own main network it doesn’t work. If I activate NAT or another network scope it´s fine. But then I cannot bind my Doorbell with my HomeKit, because they are in separate networks.
My network is 192.168.188.0/24 this is kinda basic stuff…

Edit:
I got in contact with Aqara via support@aqara.com and they installed a newer firmware version.
Version with issue:4.3.6_0048.0046
Version installed by support:4.3.6_0051.0046

Now Problem solved.

contact support. With newer firmware it works fine for me.

How can I update the firmware if I am not able to bind it to my account???

Hello, any news?
