G410 Bell hub stays solid yellow

Im trying to install the G410 Doorbell. However, the chime unit when plugged in stays yellow. I have tried resetting (holding for ten seconds) and factory reset (clicking fast ten times) but it stays solid yellow. I have left it unplugged for a while, then plugged in again, and still stays solid yellow and the Aqara app is unable to connect. Please help!

Thanks. I did contact them and got no response. Sent it back for a refund and bought a new one which works fine.
