G410 constantly disconnecting

Is there any fix for this? My 410 randomly started to freeze and lose connection a few weeks ago, now it’s almost every other day it loses connection, I have to fully reset the device to get it to re-establish.

The networking information shows it has more signal than the G4 on my Patio that works fine. I’m assuming my device is failing, but dealing with Aqara support on a warranty replacement is brutal.

Next, Wi-Fi interference could still be a factor even with good signal strength. Other devices on the same frequency might cause disruptions—try changing your router’s Wi-Fi channel to a less crowded one .

Power cycling might help too: Cut off power to the G410 doorbell, wait a minute, then restore power. Also, try placing the doorbell and chime side by side (e.g., on a table) while reconnecting, as this can sometimes resolve pairing hiccups .

If those steps don’t work, check the power supply. Ensure the voltage doesn’t drop significantly under load—corroded or faulty cables can cause intermittent connection issues, so inspecting/replacing the wiring is worth a try .

Yes I have, I contacted support and they immediately asked for access to my iPhone again.

There’s no way this company survives if their primary customer service point is “give me access to all of your information”.

I gave up and pulled the rest of my Aqara products to sell. I’d rather have Ring.
