G410 continuous recording

Hello!
I have currently a setup where an external power supply is used. It’s being disconnected when the door is opened (which then connects back on close). While G410 is disconnected from the external power supply, it switches back to the battery mode.

One annoying issue is that when continuous recording is enabled on external power mode, once it switches to batteries and back it does not respect the previous setting, so I have to manually enable continuous connection.

This is not viable since we do open the door frequently, could you please persist the recording mode for external power mode, so when it goes from batteries to external power mode it will apply the correct setting?

then you need to connect it as it should be.

and when you disconnect the 12V power supply from the bell, the RTSP preview is also turned off - as written in the manual.
