Does anyone else have an issue with the G410 Doorbell detecting and alerting “Lingerers” that are not there? I assume it could be something in the view of the camera that is confusing the AI, but since the notification and recorded clips don’t give any indication (highlight, green box, etc.) what is triggering the linger alert, I have no way of knowing if this is a bug or if it’s a house plant that needs to be moved.

If you have a false positive, you can send feedback to the developer so that they can study the problem and fix it. Here are screenshots aaa do this in the Aqara home app in the G410 plugin.

I have reported several of them via the feedback channel like you mentioned. I never receive any emails or notifications that the feedback has been received or reviewed, etc. So I wasn’t sure what was happening to them.

Notifications are not coming, but the developers are receiving your feedback and fixing the problems.

Hi. Because it is autumn now it reacts detection of the wind/trees. I want to give feedback on the false positives
but can’t find the feedbackbutton in the iOS app. I’m in the Plakback screen. Can you please help me with this?
