Hi, I’ve installed the G410 Doorbell a week ago, working fine until yesterday. The app keeps showing “Network connection failed, please try again” and the chime flashes red/green.
• Tried full reset, re-pairing, and reconnecting to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
• Firmware updated
• Installed new batteries
• Strong Wi-Fi signal (shows “Very Good”)
Trying to debug my failures which are similar. I didi indeed get a video feed back after trying on 5G instead of my network. What is the idea behind your question as the doorbell is definitely on my Wifi network.
I also get this error when the batteries are too weak. If you are using batteries, try replacing them to see if that solves the problem. What type of batteries are you using? Some rechargeable batteries do not provide sufficient voltage, so try using 1.5-volt batteries instead. When buying new batteries, check the date printed on them to make sure they are not past their expiration date.
