G410 Doorbell Hub – Network connection failed

Hi, I’ve installed the G410 Doorbell a week ago, working fine until yesterday. The app keeps showing “Network connection failed, please try again” and the chime flashes red/green.
• Tried full reset, re-pairing, and reconnecting to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
• Firmware updated
• Installed new batteries
• Strong Wi-Fi signal (shows “Very Good”)

Still no live video feed

Any fix for this?

If you try connecting to the camera over LTE/5G, do you get the same error?
