Love the G410 so far. Issue is when infrared night vision on or auto and turns on the power to the doorbell seems to be low and the camera doesn’t connect. When I turn infrared night vision off there are no issues and it works. I’ve changed the transformer to a 16V 30VA and same issue. Firmware is updated to latest. Any ideas?

I think a 16V 30VA power supply should be suitable. When starting the infrared night vision device offline, the power problem should be ruled out. I have asked my customer service colleague to contact you to provide some necessary information to assist in investigating the cause of this problem.
