G410 integration with a dual relay module T2 to command an garden gate

I 'm using Doorbell Camera Hub G410 with the Dual relay Module T2 to command the gate of my garden.

Will be possible to add the command of the switch relay directly in the screen, where you see or speak with the people who has ringed the doorbell ?

Integration will be more efficient between the doorbell, the application and the command of relay to command the garden gate.

Thanks for the idea, but it’s not supported yet, and it’s unclear whether it will be supported in the future. I hope it will be added someday. Currently, only door locks support this feature.

Ok for the door locks, but a lot of peeople which have a home and an electric portal outside, will be interested to open the portal during the conversation with video phone G410 with using the relay T2 which have special mode dry contact (impulsion) to command the portal for example.
I try to go to the link object, but effectively, the dual relay is not linked by this method. For the development team, maybe a function to add…

Yes, we initially designed this feature for the interconnection between door locks and doorbells. It seems that T2 also has some application scenario requirements, and we are considering supporting T2 in the future.

I second this request. I also use the T2 for my gate trigger.

Is there anyway of changing the device from a switch ‘on/off’ to request an ‘open/close’ request.

At the moment when I speak to Siri to open my gate I need to say ‘Siri turn on the gate’ rather than ‘Siri open the gate’.

I also would be happy about this. This is a very conmon when you have power gate outside. I guess not only us are interested

Also can we increase the pulse interval setting beyond 2000ms for opening trigger gates?
