G410 No Connection in Aqara App

Bit of a strange one. I have had my G410 doorbell for a few weeks now and connected it in the Aqara app then linked it to HomeKit. All was fine until yesterday.

Now, for some odd reason, the doorbell is still connected and working as expected in HomeKit but it will not connect in the Aqara app it simply says “Network Connection Failed”.

I’ve rebooted the router 3 times and the doorbell is showing in the router manager and HomeKit as connected but still cannot connect via Aqara Home.

Anyone else had this same issue? How can I fix it?

Hello , Try to reboot the G410 by power supply if it is running on constant power, or remove the batteries for a while if it is running on batteries.

Thanks @Raman.V but I deleted the app then reinstalled and it’s all good now so it must have been the app that had the issue.
