Hi, just recently acquired the G410 and set it up, however it seem that every time the sun is shining at the lens the camera won’t stream a picture. At nigh every thing works just great so it’s a built strange cause both connection and WiFi are full strength

Hi, could you share with us the video of when the sun hits the image is not broadcast. Perhaps you still have it.

It seems like every day a high noon when the sun is right in the line of sightseeing the kamera I’ll not be able to stream a video feed from the kamera, and once it is later or earlier in the day I can stream again. Not getting any temp warnings or anything so it’s not like a video will show anything, but thx for trying to help

I think I’m having the same issue, it seems when the sun is shining directly at the device it stops steaming and just gives the stream failure message. If I then go stand in front of it blocking the sun - it immediately starts to stream.
This is 100% repeatable - there is a failure mode that occurs with the sun shining at it.

Yup makes it useless as a doorbell if your front door is facing South especially

Guys, we are urgently dealing with this issue, which is likely a software bug. Is anyone willing to cooperate with me in testing the new firmware? We need to provide the Aqara Home account and the country/server currently your doorbell linked.
