Do we know if there is any upcoming new firmware for the g410?
We haven’t had a new update for a while so would be good to hear about any new features and fixes coming to this product given the new g400 has been released.

I may be mistaken, but I think that Instant Video Call might also be included in the update, based on my understanding of some of the indirect statements.

Yes, I also understood that instant voice call / pop up will be available with the next updates

Yes, I can confirm that. I activated the beta updates a few weeks ago, but nothing has changed since then. I would have expected to see newer versions straight away, but nothing has happened for days, even though my G410 is still stuck on version 4.3.8 and the app reports that my firmware is up to date.
@DEChrisE Do you think you might need an activation from support?

All firmware updates will published by waves! I think my account is one of the first …. So it should come to you earlier … or later!
But if you need urgent an update, you can contact the support - they can push the latest update to your account

what’s the release notes on the beta FW for the g410?

Looking forward to the Doorbell to Call feature being available on the G410 but reading some of the reports on the G400, it looks like there’s a few issues that need to be ironed out first!
It would be great if Aqara would focus on fixing some of the know software / firmware issues rather than focusing on new products (or just Matter versions of existing products!). Let’s call it the “Sonos Effect”.
