G419 Microphone Sensitivity

Potentially a feature request but based on the layout of my front porch, I noticed that when I have people who knock on my guest the audio that is picked up by the G410 that is hardwired to my door frame is essentially inaudible due to the microphone being overly sensitive, I can’t seem to find any settings to adjust this with in Apple Home and the Aqara app is essentially useless as it try’s to be a Smart Home hub for my Sonos devices instead of enabling me to actually adjust any relevant settings to the Aqara device itself!

@rob_j_ewing You seem to be experiencing an issue with the G410 microphone sensitivity being overly sensitive, resulting in inaudible audio when people knock. You can contact customer support for assistance.
