I have 2 g5 pro, PoE both on same network.
Unit 1 updated the firmware no problem however unit 2 will not.
Says no firmware available.
Tried a restart and power cycle with no luck.
Suggestions?

Firmware updates don’t arrive on all devices at once; they’re rolled out gradually to reduce server load and for a number of other reasons. You should wait for the firmware to arrive on your second device—sometimes it takes longer, but you’ll get the update. Don’t worry about this, please be patient, and thank you for your question.
