G5 Pro PoE and G100 Issues

For the cost of this camera, does it feel like it’s not fully functioning?

Face / Vehicle management and automations does not work. Motion and AI Detection is infrequent and also way too often at the same time. Standard features (on other systems) now cost with their paywall subscription.

My app and device are on the latest version/firmware. Support keeps saying that it will get address in next firmware but it doesn’t.

My $45 Tapo camera out performs this Aqara one. I am really disappointed in all of Aqara cameras that I have including G4 Doorbell, G100 and G5 Pro.

I think I am just going to return. What gives?

Yeah… the height and angle are correct. Firmware is up to date.
