Hello, I’m trying to connect my three Aqaba G5 Pro PoE cameras to the AJAX Security app by adding the RTSP link with the username and password, but it doesn’t allow me to add them. It shows the error ‘no permission to view.’ Is there any way to connect them? Thank you in advance.

when I download the app try to registe a account，the phone showed the mistake, I have no idea about it, anyone could provide some help?

No idea, maybe you need a Hub to start with… I had no problem at that point…

I think I have find the problem from your picture, Pls take a look at my screenshot, can you see the diffrence? the URL format is incorrect, you must be using a old App version, you need upgrate the app

From what I’ve been able to research, the RTSP links follow the format rtsp://username:password@ip_address:port/path. With that route, which includes the username and password, I was able to access it from VLC, but I couldn’t add it to AJAX.
I have the same info on my Aqara app, I’m using the last version!
