The camera won’t connect to the app. Have a 2.4 ghz set up on router and resetted the camera multiple times. I’m able to add to Apple HomeKit but even doing that I can’t bind it to the app. Does anyone have to this error?

This issue is usually caused by binding your device back and forth on multiple different servers. Aqara strictly complies with EU GDPR and other privacy protection rules in other countries or regions, prohibiting data sharing between different servers. Therefore, you need to consider binding your device to a fixed server (or country).

Update: I don’t know why but I installed a new Apple HomePod then it started working!
