Have a Message about person detection in App, but no recorded video and it’s happening often. How it’s possible? What can be simple? Right? The sensor is triggered, video should recorded. Not matching with any rules - delete the video. But person detected and no video on storage. Yes, i reset camera before and before that, yes, updated firmware and app, yes, network is fine but camera still skipping recording the videos. Can you solve this problem? Or it’s too complicated to make camera recordings the video when triggered?
Did you enable the cloud recording function in the detection setting? Please check the screenshot below
I don’t need cloud recording. In this case video not stored on internal memory and i can’t get it sync with local NAS. If it’s program glitch and video should be stored in both ways, happy to answer - it’s not working. Any other ideas? Yes, camera connected to HomeKit but it’s shouldn’t be a problem to store video locally.
