Yeah I even reinstalled app and still getting 502
My system in Florida is slowly coming back.
New user in TX. Same problem getting through on occasion
Also out
Same issue continuing in So Cal.
Really bad timing. Girlfriend is frustrated with most smarthome products and after some research, and a friends recommendation, went with aqara. We installed, but didnāt use it for months, came back today to move it to a different wifi network, and spent the better part of a day to figure out itās probably an aqara issue.
Need a network status page, or I imagine weāll be returning the system. I picked up an aqara smartlock to replace the kwikset aura reach, which is trash, but at least I could reach their servers.
Iām having the same issues here. Iām in Texas.
I was trying to login for an hour just to get in here to chat! I donāt know whatās going on with the Systems.
The odd thing is itās working just fine on my Apple Smart Home interface!
I am having this issue all day.
Been having the exact same issue
Iāve been experiencing this issue for 7 hours here in Texas. Iām receiving notifications, but the live feed and message center wonāt load, preventing me from checking on anything. This is a terrible time to experience this problem in the U.S., especially since many people are traveling for the July 4th holiday. Iāve had Aqara for 8 months, and this is my third issue. Iām not sure if I made the right decision by switching to Aqara.
Same here in Knoxville, TN.
If they were a serious company, they would have a network status page, and provide updates as to what is going on so as to not waste their customers time trying to fix something which is aqaraās problem.
Hmmm. Might be returning my smartlock. I donāt want something that works some of the time.
New Aqara customer in TX here, I just installed a U400 today and am unable to complete setup or even add it to my account because the app is constantly throwing āRequest failed: bad gateway (502)ā, āNetwork -3840ā, and āUnknown mistake. Please try laterā errors. Maybe 15% of the time, a request will get through, only for the next one to fail. Feels like a cloud network infrastructure outage, at least a partial one.
This is really not the onboarding experience I was hoping for and not a great look for the company. I understand that things like this happen (I work in IT myself) but I hope this is not a common occurrence.
Also agree with other postersā calls for a service status page.
Having the same issue here in AZ. Iāve had their products for a few years and this is the first time this has happened. Glad to know itās not my doing.
Still dead in the water in Colorado
Same here, getting this exact message: Request failed: bad gateway (502)
I am happy I integrated my Aqara devices with Apple Home and Home Assistant. I could see the cameras streams through Apple Home and my automations were working through Home Assistant. I guess this is a perfect example why it is nice to have local processing and not have to rely on the cloud for everything. Of course this outage is driving me a wall!!
