Just be great, if a network status page is technically out of their engineers ability to vibecode, for them to comment here. This is what worries me about their viability as a company. I’m wondering if they are still in business.

Same issue in Texas DFW area. I was going to say that everything worked through apple home after it let me unlock a door, but it won’t let me relock it.
… It’s been a couple of minutes and it finely locked the door. Luckily the lock I was testing leads into the garage so it was still secure.

New to aqara today. Burned the last few hours trying to set up U400s and M200. Glad I finally bumped into this thread. Will give it a rest and try again tomorrow.

In my case I had problems with Aqara Home, automations not running and HomeKit integration also not responding about 5PM CET (EU server). Restarting the M3 hub helped. No problems since then.

Same error messages for me. Restarted device, router, etc., but the issue persist. Hope Aqara issues a statement soon.

I’ve been using Aqara for several years now and I can say this is the first time I have seen a prolonged outage. Couldn’t be happier with 95% of the Aqara products.

First post to just say this is unacceptable. I have new cameras I need to setup and now I can’t! Hours away from home. Ridiculous and unacceptable

Exact same issues started about 4pm CDT (Houston). Good news is that the Local LAN control functionally works well, but depends on servers to do anything other than remain functioning (not all bad), e.g. add devices, view data history, etc … @Aqara, too many of us having same problems at same moment. Me thinks it is on your side!!! Do you really want us all creating tickets???

User in Maine here, I created an account just to sound off. I’ve been getting 502 errors and 3840 errors in the Aqara app for at least 9 hours. Aqara, get on a fix and over-communicate, please. This is the sort of event that’ll lose you customers if you don’t handle it fast. VERY frustrating.
