I’ve been really excited about my smart home setup, especially with my 20 thermostats controlling the radiators throughout my house. Setting them up to automatically adjust temperatures based on the time of day has been a game-changer for me. I love how I can set them to lower the temperature at night and raise it in the morning, making my home more comfortable and energy-efficient.
One thing I’ve been working on lately is creating a system variable called ‘Heating Off’ to turn off all the thermostats when I’m away. It works perfectly in the evening, but in the morning, the thermostats go back to 21°C as scheduled. I want the system variable to take priority over the morning schedule, but I’m not entirely sure how to set that up. Has anyone else dealt with this before? I’d love to hear your tips and tricks!
Overall, I’m really happy with how my smart thermostats are performing. They’ve made managing my home’s temperature much easier, and I’m excited to continue exploring their features to optimize my setup even further. If anyone has any advice or experiences to share, I’d be grateful to learn more!
