Google home/Automated Mgmt can not trigger from Fp2

Hi,
In my aqara app, I open profile / connect to Ecosystems / Google home.
There I see two options: Device Connectivity and Automated Management.

I want to turn-on a light , that appears in google home , when Fp2 senses a person is in the zone.

But In the “If” section I can not choose any sensores. Only the other devices on google home are showen, i.e the lights.

How can I do this from the aqara app, and not from the google home app?

The google app currently has a problem, that does not allow me to config this auto, automation.

Thanks

@nivw2008 To set up the automation where the Aqara FP2 triggers your Google Home light directly through the Aqara app, here’s what you can try:

First, ensure your FP2 is properly added to the Aqara Home app and connected to a compatible Aqara Hub (with firmware version 3.5.0 or above for local automation support). Then, connect your Google Home light to the Aqara Hub (this ensures the light is recognized in the Aqara app, allowing direct control).

Once the light is in the Aqara app, create a local automation:

  1. Open the Aqara Home app > go to “Automation”.
  2. In the “If” section, select your FP2 sensor and set the trigger (e.g., “Presence detected in [zone]”).
  3. In the “Then” section, choose the light (now visible in Aqara app) and set the action (e.g., “Turn on”).

This way, the automation runs locally through the Aqara Hub, bypassing Google Home app issues.

If the light still doesn’t appear in the Aqara app, double-check that it’s compatible with Aqara Hub and successfully linked via the Aqara Home app (similar to how Alexa devices are integrated). Let me know if you need help with the Hub connection

Dear Aqara team,

Thank you for your respose. It is quicker then the ticket I opened.

  1. My Fp2 sensor is updated and appears in my Aqara app.
  2. My M2 hub version is 4.5.30 as in the artached screenshoot.
  3. What is a “Google home light”?
  4. Google home integration is setup, and I can control the light in the google home app.
  5. I can also see the google home light in the “Automated Management” as described above, but these devices do not show in the aqara main menu.

@nivw2008 You seem to be experiencing an issue with understanding what a “Google home light” is and why it doesn’t show in the Aqara main menu. You can contact customer support for assistance.
