Hello Govee Community! 
I wanted to share my experience with the Govee 12-inch ceiling light, which I received as part of the ambassadors package. While the installation took a bit longer than expected due to a broken wrist and waiting for my husband’s help, it was well worth the wait! 
The journey began with some anticipation, as I’ve been eyeing these lights for a while now. After finally getting it installed in our bedroom, I’ve had some time to play around with it and here are my initial thoughts:
Installation Process: It was a bit of a team effort, but the instructions were clear. The broken wrist made things a bit tricky, but my husband stepped in and helped out. It’s definitely a two-person job if you’re not very handy!
Design and Aesthetics: The 12-inch size is perfect for our bedroom. It adds a sleek, modern touch without being too overwhelming. I love how it complements our room’s decor!
Performance: The light quality is amazing! It’s bright enough to light up the entire room but also has a nice dimming feature that creates a cozy ambiance in the evenings. The color temperature options are a great bonus too!
Integration with Smart Home: Pairing it with our existing smart home setup was a breeze. Voice control through Alexa has been a game-changer, and the app integration is smooth.
I’m really excited about the possibilities this light brings to our home. It’s not just a light; it’s a statement piece that enhances our space.
