I’ve been experimenting with Govee light strips in my home, and I must say, they’ve transformed the ambiance in a way I never expected. After removing my old RGB strip, which left an unsightly black stripe on my wall, I decided to take a different approach. Instead of adhering the strip directly to the wall, I opted to place it along the edge of my bookshelf and under my bed. This not only hides the strip effectively but also creates a subtle, elegant glow that enhances the room’s aesthetics without being overwhelming.
One of the challenges I faced was ensuring the lights didn’t draw attention to themselves while still providing enough illumination. By positioning them strategically, I’ve managed to achieve a balance where the light enhances the space without being the focal point.
