Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is experiencing issues with their Govee lights and Alexa integration. I’ve been using Govee lights for a while now, and they’ve been working perfectly fine until recently. Now, I can’t seem to turn them on or off using Alexa, while all my other smart home devices are functioning as expected.
I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps already, like checking the Wi-Fi connection of the Govee bulbs, ensuring they’re properly paired with Alexa, and even resetting the bulbs to factory settings. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? I’m curious to know if this is a widespread issue or something specific to my setup. If others are facing the same challenge, maybe we can pool our knowledge and figure out a solution together.
I’m also wondering if there have been any recent updates or changes to the Govee app or Alexa skills that might have caused this. I’ll try to look into that as well. In the meantime, I’m hoping someone out there has a workaround or a fix for this frustrating issue.
