I’ve been absolutely thrilled with the lighting setup I’ve created for my new podcast studio. It’s all thanks to Govee lights, and I wanted to share my experience with you all. 
The studio is part of an Airbnb experience, making it the first of its kind! I designed the lighting layout and created automations for guests to easily customize the space. The stars of the show are:
- 2x Lyra Floor Lamps: These add a warm, ambient glow that’s perfect for interviews.
- 2x M1 RGBIC Strips: They light up the ceiling beautifully, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
- 4x 6” and 4x 4” Recessed Downlights: These provide focused lighting where needed.
To make things even easier, I set up an iPad Mini as a wall screen with tons of tap-to-run automations. It took me a while—over four hours!—but it was totally worth it. Now, guests can change the lighting with just a tap, making the space super user-friendly.
