Another challenge I faced was with the Govee website. Initially, I had trouble accessing the US website from the EU site, and the language selector was missing. This was a bit frustrating, but I appreciated the prompt response from Govee’s support team, who addressed the issue swiftly. It’s these little touches that make a big difference and reinforce my trust in the brand.
