Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience setting up a Govee smart lighting system in my mancave. It’s been a game-changer, especially during football season! 
I started with the Govee bulb light in a UW helmet design—it’s such a unique and fun addition to the room. The vibrant colors and customizable settings have really transformed the space. I’ve been using it to set the mood for game nights, and it’s been a hit with friends!
One thing I wanted to mention is the integration with Google Home. Initially, I had some trouble connecting the Govee speaker to my new WiFi router. After trying everything from resetting the device to checking the router settings, I finally got it working by manually entering the WiFi password in the Home app. It was a bit of a hassle, but now it’s seamless!
I’m also curious if anyone else has experienced issues with Alexa not responding to Govee devices, even though they work fine with Google Home. It’s been a bit frustrating, but I’m loving the overall performance of Govee.
