Govee Sign Version 2 and Holiday DIYs: A Festive Journey

Hello everyone! I wanted to share my recent projects with the Govee Sign and some holiday DIYs. It’s been a fun journey experimenting with different lighting setups, and I’d love to hear your thoughts!

First, let me talk about my Govee Sign. I’ve upgraded the lights on both Version 1 and Version 2, and I’m really happy with the results. For Version 1, I used neon rope lights, but I found the clips didn’t stick well to the sign. I ended up using a different adhesive solution, and it made a huge difference! Version 2 has a cleaner look with RGB LED strips, and the colors pop beautifully. I’d love to know which version you prefer—Version 1 or Version 2? Drop your thoughts below! :fireworks::sparkles:

Now, onto my holiday DIYs! This year, I decided to get creative with festive lighting. I made three different setups:

  1. Red  with Green :green_heart: Twinkles :sparkles:: This setup features a slow fade between red and green, with twinkling effects in between. It’s perfect for that classic holiday vibe!
  2. Slow Fade Between Red and Green :green_heart:: A subtle transition between the two colors, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.
  3. Faster Fade Between Red and Green :green_heart:: For those who want a bit more energy in their decorations!

Each setup has its own charm, and I hope they inspire you to get into the holiday spirit! :santa::gift:

I’d love to hear your favorite DIY ideas or tips for festive lighting! Let’s spread some holiday cheer together! :star2::christmas_tree:

Happy decorating, and here’s to a bright and joyful season! :confetti_ball:
