I’ve always been a fan of Govee, whether it’s their electronics or lighting solutions. So, when I won the I Wish contest and received a set of Govee Wall Sconces, I was beyond excited! These little lights have completely transformed my home, and I wanted to share my experience with the community.
The design is slightly angled, which evenly distributes light in a perfect cone up the wall. The controls are super simple and fully customizable, making them a breeze to set up. What’s even better is that they’re fully controllable via Alexa or Google Home. These sconces aren’t just for illumination—they’ve become an extension of my entertainment setup!
I’ve installed mine behind my entertainment center, adding a more natural light source behind my TV. They’re linked to my Govee Aura lamp, so both can be controlled with one command. I’ve even set them up with a script on my Harmony remote for added convenience. My next project is to grab the immersion lights and add them to the group, but I’m saving up my points for that!
Overall, I’d give the Govee Wall Sconces 4.5 out of 5 stars. My only wish is the ability to daisy chain more than just 4 lights. A huge thank you to Govee for such an amazing product!
