H2 Dimmer Switches not installing

I have several of these in my home, but I recently purchased a half dozen more that I can’t get the software to install on the Aqara app (says the product is “not supported”) or directly on Apple HomeKit (says product “not found”). I tried getting support on Aqara’s website, but they apparently don’t have a chat or telephone support. The manuals included with the product are poorly written and have no help for failures to install.

I am trying Aqara’s email support. I sent an email yesterday, but have not received a response.

Yesterday I was able to “install” one of the faulty switches via HomeKit, but the light that it controls keeps slowly flashing on and off. Looking at HomeKit, it says that the Aqara switch if an “unconfigured switch” with no further guidance or explanation. I reset the switch and tried to pair it with HomeKit again, but received a message stating that HomeKit could not find the product … again.

I am trying again today, but I am getting the same issues. Is this just a new product problem? I never had these issues with my Lutron or Kasa switches.
