H2 EU switches with neutral

What’s really missing is the ability to measure electricity consumption when the switch is in the “off” state, since I have smart bulbs connected. They are always under power thanks to the “Mars Tech” system in “impulse mode,” but this consumption is not being measured.

@UnrealAbyss I hear you! It’s a valid point that the electricity consumption of smart bulbs in the “off” state isn’t being measured, especially with the “Mars Tech” keeping them powered.

As of now, the reference information doesn’t have any details regarding this specific measurement issue. But don’t worry! Our community is a great place for sharing knowledge and experiences. Maybe other members have encountered similar situations and might have some insights or workarounds.

If you have any suggestions to improve this aspect, you can submit manual customer service feedback. This way, you can directly communicate your thoughts to help enhance the product experience. Let’s keep the discussion going and see if we can find a solution together!

@UnrealAbyss It’s great that you’re diving into the details of your H2 EU switch’s functionality with smart bulbs and Mars Tech—observations like this help the community thrive! From the available information, while power monitoring is a feature of several Aqara switches (e.g., Display Switch V1 EU, H1 EU, and D1 models) that shows energy consumption of connected devices in the app , there isn’t specific detail about measuring consumption when the switch is in the “off” state, even with Mars Tech keeping smart bulbs powered.

We apologize for the gap in information here. If this is a feature you’d love to see, feel free to share your feedback with our customer service team—they’re always looking to hear from users. In the meantime, maybe other community members have similar setups and can chime in with their experiences!

If you have suggestions for improvement, you can submit feedback manually through the Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) or by clicking here if you don’t have an account.

@UnrealAbyss Your observation about the missing ability to measure electricity consumption when the switch is in the “off” state—even with smart bulbs powered via Mars Tech in impulse mode—is a valuable point. From the available reference information, current power monitoring features (such as those mentioned in content_id 0, content_id 4, content_id 8, content_id 9) focus on general energy consumption of connected devices but do not specifically address off-state measurement in this scenario.

We apologize for this gap in functionality. Insights like yours help the community identify areas for improvement—feel free to share more details or experiences with other users here. If you’d like to provide direct feedback on this feature, we recommend submitting it through the Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) for our team to review.

Thanks again for contributing to the discussion!
