H2 switch - hide relays in HomeKit?

I want to use the H2 (2 switch, 2 channel) only as buttons in HomeKit (I don’t need the relays).

I enabled ‘Decoupled Switch Mode’ for both buttons, and I also enabled ‘Relay Lock’ for both buttons.

The two buttons show up in HomeKit, as expected. However, two lights also show in HomeKit (for the relay switches). I don’t need these lights in HomeKit - is there any way to hide them?

Thanks in advance

@warwickwebb You seem to be experiencing an issue with unwanted relay switches showing in HomeKit after setting up decoupled mode. Unfortunately, the provided reference information does not cover methods to hide relay-related lights in HomeKit for the H2 switch.

This will be more efficient. If you do not have an Aqara Home account, “Please click here” to create a ticket. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Open the Apple Home app, then press and hold on the device and select “Remove from Home View”.

Thanks John. That hides the device from the main home view, but it is still visible on the individual room view.

Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a way to hide devices from the room view in the Apple Home app. You can only delete the entire device, but then all the switches will be gone.

Understood, thanks. I was hoping that when I set ‘decoupled switch mode’ and ‘Relay Lock’, the physical switches would no longer be advertised to HomeKit by the Aqara bridge. Perhaps this could be a future feature enhancement.
