I have installed 4 H2 US 3 channel switches.
On install and setup, everything is working great.
All 4 are on different circuits, but i have automations that map them together.
Example, switch one controls a ceiling and a lamp. Switch 2 controls and secrion of ceiling. Switch 3 controls nothing. Switch 4 controls 3 other circuits.
Switch 1, 2, and 3, ive mapped it so the top button will control switch 1 circuit 1, 2nd button circuit 2, and third button switch 2 circuit.
All the status stay the same.
Needless to say, they get pressed quite often throughout the day.
Anyway, randomly, at least one of the switches just stop responding. Doubke click and hold for 5 seconds, nothing. Click 10 times, nothing. No lights on the switches. Ill kill the power, 10 sec, give power, nothing. The lights connected through remain on while power is on the switch. Removing power, they turn off. Add power, they turn back on. So the relays are stuck and the switch is unresponsive.
Ive ordered 5 of these switches and all 5 have had the issue so far. Aqara has replaced each one, but im tired of constantly replacing switches.
They are all driving LED fixtures. 3 on one, 2 on a other, 7 on the final. Id consider a spike to turn them on, but switch 3 that has nothing to it has also died.
I have other smart switches from other companies in the house with no issues. Ive had other smart switches on these exact circuits with no issues.
Any advice on why the H2 US 3 channel keeps dying on me?
