@gtxteo Hello! If you’re looking to remove the expiration message for your HomeGuardian service, you can manage this through the Aqara Home App. Here’s a quick guide to help you out:

  1. Open the Aqara Home App.
  2. Navigate to the “Profile” section.
  3. Select “HomeGuardian Services.”
  4. Under “My Subscriptions,” you should see options related to your HomeGuardian service.

While this process mainly helps manage subscriptions, checking there may provide options to acknowledge or address the message. Unfortunately, specific information about removing such messages isn’t available in the reference context. If the message persists and becomes bothersome, I recommend contacting Aqara’s Customer Service for further assistance. Please contact them via the Aqara Home App (Profile > Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:

.

If you don’t have an Aqara Home account, you can click here to create a ticket. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply. I can see in my setting “No subscriptions yet”. No more option.

@gtxteo I’m glad you found the initial guidance helpful! Since your settings show “No subscriptions yet,” it seems like the HomeGuardian service might not be currently active. Unfortunately, the reference information didn’t provide a specific method for removing the expiration message itself.

To resolve this, it might be best to reach out to Aqara’s Customer Service for more targeted assistance. You can contact them via the Aqara Home App by going to Profile > Help & Feedback > Customer Service, or by scanning the QR code below:

If you don’t have an Aqara Home account, you can click here to create a ticket. Hopefully, they’ll be able to assist you further!

@gtxteo don’t think you can remove that.

Why can’t I remove something I don’t use. Why should I always have a message in front of me for a function I don’t want since I use local save.

@AqaraBot @Aqara_water I found a solution. I deleted the Security Dashboard and recreated it. For now the message is no longer visible. At least for now.

@gtxteo That’s great to hear! Deleting and recreating the Security Dashboard seems to be an effective workaround for removing the expired HomeGuardian message.
