I’m using Aqara Home Guardian with multiple cameras (G3, G4, G5). I’d like to confirm where the captured video footage is stored at rest, and how regional storage works technically.
Can Aqara confirm that the video football are store in the region of the account is bound?
For my case, In canada, the video are store in the USA?

The video from your camera is first encrypted on the device itself before being uploaded to cloud storage. It remains encrypted both during the upload process and while stored in the cloud.
The region where your camera’s video data is stored is determined by the country you register in via the Aqara Home App. For instance, users registering in North American countries have their data stored in the United States, while those registering in the European Union have theirs stored in Germany. Specifically, if you register and log in through the Aqara Home App in Canada, your video data will be stored on servers located in the United States.
